민정화는 아트북과 그림책, 다양한 프린팅과 페인팅 작업을 주로 하고 있는 일러스트레이터로, 독일을 기반으로, 한국을 오가며 활동한다.  2019년 베를린 갤러리 Weserhalle와 2020년 서울 갤러리 팩토리에서 페인팅을 기반으로 한 개인전을 가졌으며, 2020년 서울 유어마인드 서점에서 아트북 전시를 열었다.

Jeong Hwa Min is an illustrator based on Germany and Korea, working on art books, picture books, printings and paintings. Min had a solo exhibition in Weserhalle Gallery (Berlin, 2019) and Gallery Factory (Seoul, 2020) and had art book exhibition in Yourmind Bookstore in 2020.
